The Brazilian/Japanese resto moves east to Devonshire Square. There’ll be a similar menu to the King’s Road-based Sushinho.
Chalude Bosi and his bro already have the Fox and Grapes pub in Wimbledon and now they’re set to prop themselves up in Fulham too. Here, you’ll find “modern British pub food” and quality in the form of Marcus McGuinness (the former Head Chef of Bosi’s two Michelin starred Hibiscus restaurant in Mayfair), to take over the new venue.
York & Albany – Pop-up cabin
Gordon Ramsey’s York & Albany takes inspiration from the historic hunting grounds of nearby Regents Park with an oh-so British hunting cabin for guests to snuggle up in and enjoy some meaty dishes. Open for six weeks only, the pop-up hunting cabin will offer delicious tipples – such as warm spiced mead, buttered rum hot chocolate with homemade marshmallows – and “hearty” snacks to accompany it such as duck rillettes, game sausage rolls, black pudding, scotch eggs and venison sausages with relish.

Fortnum and Mason’s pop-up bakery
Following on from the UK baking boom, Fortnum and Mason are launching a pop-up bakery, which will welcome guests such as Mark Hix, Paul Hollywood and Jack and Rose Prince of The Pocket Bakery. There’s a bursting schedule of baking demos, hands-on baking classes, (where you can bake your cake, pie or biscuits on the premises). Plus, to mark the launch of Mary Berry and Lucy Young’s book, Mary Berry at Home, you can join the baker herself for afternoon tea in Fortnum’s tea rooms.

Pop-up Macaroons – Boxpark
If you like zee macaroon, this is the place to head, with Ganache Macaroons showing you how to make your own delicious ‘roons in their workshop to woo that special someone on Valentine’s day. (Or, if you can’t be arsed, just buy a ready-made selection and try and pass them off as your own!)

The Love Market
Get in the romantic swing of things at the South Lambeth Love Market. The free-entry event will see lots of lovely hot food stalls, such as Tristan Town’s Nan (Little Nan) with her vat full of her special Hot Sweet Mulled Apple juice! Try it with Rum – yum. TIP-OFF: If you tag into facebook then you get a free serving of Little Nans Mulled Apple Juice! If you fancy something stronger, there’ll be a fully stocked bar serving cocktails in tea pots and beer, larger etc.
