Wedges of Camembert coated in breadcrumbs, deep fried and accompanied by a redcurrent jelly with a dressed rocket
Crab Cakes:
Deep fried crab cakes, tomato, cucumber, red onion, lemon, lime and coriander salsa on a bed of mixed leaves
Pate :
A chicken liver pate, caramelised onion chutney, ciabatta toast and dressed rocket
Stilton Mushrooms:
Two flat mushrooms stuffed with stilton and presented with a salad garnish
King Prawns:
Pan fried king prawns in garlic butter, with a rocket, basil and lime mayo
Seared Scallops :
Pan fried and wrapped in bacon served with a salad garnish

Sole fillets drizzled with a white wine and cream sauce with herb mash and green beans
